A series of home-accessories created as a result of material research examining the combination of wood and textiles in an unconventional way.
The new material was created in the technique of gluing and pressing layers of wood and fabric and creating pads. You can see the fabric in the section where the layers of plywood and the strands of fabric emerge. The fabric is a distinct visual design element: the color of the fabric contrasts with the timber and gives it a unique look. In addition, the fabric features, such as flexibility, softness and strength, are utilized to serve various functions in the furniture.
